Job description
As an Account Manager, you’ll grow your territory by developing existing accounts and creating new business. If you have a background in B2B commercial, manufacturing or construction sales and have the ability to interact with customers at all levels of an organization, we want to talk with you!
We anticipate you managing and growing a territory of at least $1MM in revenue, with uncapped income potential!

Compensation: Base of $60k plus Bonus on every sale. This is an established territory with potential to make $80k+; uncapped income potential!

Education requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience requirements
Minimum 5 years of Outside Sales experience with related products and/or industry experience dealing with tangible industrial or manufacturing products.
Qualifications
• Ability to identify customer needs, propose solutions and close orders.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Adaptable, history of learning quickly.
• Desire to work independently in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
• Confident with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of CRM software is required.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and have clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
• Develop established accounts and create new business within an assigned territory.
• Initiate sales process through research, cold calling, and scheduling appointments with key decision makers.
• Identify and evaluate customer needs & objectives.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of Cornerstone solutions.
• Prepare weekly travel reports, account status, and maintain up-to-date information in CRM database
• Lead customer communication and problem solving in coordination with Sales Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales team to identify & grow opportunities within territory.
